| Okay now this is where you go if you want a banner or a sig. You just make a new topic and in it state what you want either a banner or a sig. Then you of course state the text you wnt to be on the sig or banner, the text color, and the background picture. MAKE SURE YOU POST THE LINK TO THE BACKGROUND PICTURE YOU WANT! Once you do that then sit back and wait until someone who knows how to make then posts in your topic saying they will do it. Now if you see that someone has ALREADY said that they will make it DO NOT post there with a sig or banner that you made for that person. Only ONE person is allowed to make the sig or banner. Now of course if that persons states later on that he/she can not do it anymore then someone else may step in to make the sig or banner.
