Leave of Absence Rules

This is a topic to post at if you are going to be away like on vacation or due to any personal problems. We need to know if you leave because if you are inactive for a certain amount of days your account WILL BE TERMINATED. Now of course you don't have to state the reason in public IF it is a personal issue. You can always Private Message KingDerick or myself. Another thing if you are NOT able to post that you will be leaving due to something in time then you can just Email or Private Message KingDerick or myself so that we can post it for you, like that your account won't be terminated. Now as far as how to do it. For every member that will be going away, they each will make there own topic here. Once an admin has read it they are to post saying they saw the topic and then close the topic. NO ONE ELSE EXCEPT THE ADMINS AND THE PERSON THE TOPIC BELONGS TO SHOULD BE POSTING THERE. Now of course the person will be back and some of you might not be able to post in a topic while it is locked so if that happens then Private Message KingDerick or myself so we can know that you are back and you leave of absence topic will be deleted. Follow these rules or else your account will be terminated. Easy as that.
